Here's Our Home on Wheels
2001 Country Coach "Intrigue" Here are a few photos of the inside of our home. It's 40' long, 102" wide, and 12' 1" tall. It weighs over 15 tons! We tow our Jeep behind it (you'd never know it was there.) (These are "thumbnail photos"...just "click on them" and they will open to larger versions. Use your "back" button to get back to this page if you need to.) Our main living area with the driver's and passenger seats turned inward. Curtains are pulled at night to cover the windows. During the day, when camped, we have an exterior shade that allows us to see out, but nobody can see in. It also keeps the sun's heat out. The TV is hooked to a satellite system on the roof that automatically tracks the signal, even when we are moving. We have surround sound, dual ACs, refrig with icemaker, heated tile floors in the K and Bath, nice shower area, washer/dryer, TV in the BR, not to mention lots of storage in the "basement" under the coach...3 large "passthrough bays" that run the width of the RV.
Our Office setup...top drawer front pulls down and a large shelf comes out for computers. The lower left drawer is a file drawer, behind the right doors are three pullout shelves for printer, scanner, etc. The rest of the wallunit holds books, tapes, and assorted other "stuff." Below: Looking towards Kitchen area. (white toaster oven/bread maker is usually stored below sink.) The burners (2) and dual sinks can be covered with Corian inserts. Photo shows the larger sink covered. The overhead microwave is also a convection oven. We have a large pullout pantry that stores most our food items. Our Bedroom. The mirrored wall across the back is a full closet. The headboard/Qbed are on the "slideout" so when we are driving, that section slides in about 2 feet, but you can still access the closets, etc. The entire coach can easily be used in the "slides-in position."
